Colin Cyr- Senior Manager
Colin Cyr has been with FirstOntario for nearly a decade, serving members and the business community across a number of roles during his tenure. He leads the Small Business team where they are committed to delivering exceptional, advice-driven service to businesses with a focus on supporting growth and sustainability. In his spare time, Colin is an avid endurance athlete, spending much of his time on his feet as a distance runner or in the country on his bicycle.
Queenette Martins- Account Manager
Queenette Martins delivers personalized business advisory services that go beyond transactional banking, focusing on building strong, lasting partnerships. With over a decade of experience in banking, community development, and social impact, Queenette supports business owners through every stage of growth, connecting entrepreneurs with the right resources and opportunities to fuel long-term success. Beyond her professional role, Queenette actively gives back through volunteering and leadership initiatives.
Dayna Ford- Account Manager
With over 17 years of experience at FirstOntario in both retail and business banking, Dayna takes pride in supporting members with a holistic approach – building trust, strengthening relationships, and helping them achieve their financial goals through every stage of their journey. Outside of work, she is a passionate community member, being both Chair of her daughter’s school council and a director on her condo board. She also enjoys spending time at her trailer with her family and friends.
