Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA)

The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) established a framework for creating a more accessible Ontario. Under this legislation, Ontario introduced the Accessibility Standards for Customer Service (The Standard), the first standard developed to ensure businesses and organizations provide accessible goods and services to people with disabilities. FirstOntario is committed to providing services in a manner that respects the dignity and independence of persons with disabilities.

How we have made our website accessible
