Information Not Provided
FirstOntario Credit Union is required or authorized by law to not disclose certain types of information. This may include information related to investigations or proceedings, information about other individuals, and information reported to authorities where we are required not to disclose the reporting. By law we may also refuse to confirm or deny the existence of information collected as result of an investigation. Accordingly, if this applies to your request, the information will not be included in our response.

If you have obtained products and services from other organizations supplying products and services to you through FirstOntario Credit Union, such as credit cards, insurance, or investments, you may wish to contact them directly. Our Privacy Officer will assist you by providing you with contact information upon request.
Credit Reports
If you wish to obtain an easy-to-understand copy of your credit report, please contact TransUnion or Equifax directly. Our Privacy Officer can assist you in contacting a credit bureau upon request.
