The event will bring together a diverse group of seniors, local organizations, and service providers to share valuable information and resources that support our senior community. FirstOn the Field Flag Football, presented by FirstOntario Credit Union, welcomes hundreds of children from local schools to participate in a flag football session at Tim Hortons Field.

The program provides an opportunity for youth to learn from Tiger-Cats players in a safe and fun environment. FirstOntario Blue Wave employee volunteers are helping support the event.

  • FAB Foundation 5K Run/Walk
    FAB - Fit, Active, Beautiful - aims to eliminate barriers by providing youth girls in grades six to eight with the goal-setting skills necessary to lead an empowered life. FirstOntario was proud to support this year's FAB 5K.
  • Town of Oakville Community Spirit Awards
    The annual Community Spirt Awards celebrate leadership, dedication and community involvement in Oakville. FirstOntario was pleased to sponsor the Leadership and Innovation Award this year as well as the Arts, Culture and Heritage Award under Creative Arts Financial, a division of FirstOntario Credit Union.
  • Port Colborne Community Safety Day
    FirstOntario was pleased this year to sponsor the free, annual community event designed to promote safety awareness, emergency preparedness and injury prevention. Fun for all ages and families and featured a bicycle rodeo for children.
  • Theatre Aquarius Gala
    This year's theme was Dreaming in Technicolour, providing an opportunity to highlight performances that included dinner and one-of-a-kind auction experiences that support the continued work of theatre in the city. FirstOntario was proud to be a sponsor of the event.
