FirstOntario Credit Union has been working with our members during the pandemic and we are here to support you. Members are encouraged to contact their branches to discuss options to help reduce financial stress due to the impacts of COVID-19.
All of our branches are open Monday to Friday to serve our members, with the exception of the following:
We’re doing our part to keep everyone safe and follow government guidance to help limit the spread of the Omicron variant. Until further notice, all FirstOntario branches are operating at 50% capacity and will be closed and no longer offering in-branch service by appointment on Saturdays. Thank you for your understanding.
You can connect with our Member Service Centre and our Member Solutions Team at 1-800-616-8878 or you can visit our Personal Assisted Tellers (PAT) machines which are located in the main entrance of our branches. PAT can do all the things a teller can do including cashing cheques, deposits, withdrawals, transferring funds, paying bills and much more.
These services are available through extended hours (Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturdays, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) to help with your day-to-day banking needs.
For our members who may not be close to a branch, or even outside of the province, THE EXCHANGE Network gives you access to thousands of ATMs across Canada, free of charge.
